"We had an amazing, authentic Japanese experience. We had the lunch offer till 5pm which is very reasonable and offers samples of the whole menu. Highly recommended when in Banff and the head chef’s story on the wall adds to what is a fully wholesome experience. We will be back."

"Amazing experience at Jugemu Banff! The food was incredibly tasty and fresh. We had the BBQ Pork Bowl, Kimchi, Karage Chicken and Green Salad with Sesame Dressing- every dish was packed with flavour and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Service was friendly and welcoming. Bonus: they are a peanut/tree nut free kitchen and have lots of GF options, which is a treat for someone with these food allergies. Easily a 10/10, would definitely recommend if you’re in Banff!"

"I was Very Impressed with my experience at Jugemu Banff. The service was friendly & fast. On their lunch menu, they had one of my favourite things Ever - Chirashi . It was beautifully presented, delicious & the Perfect amount for lunch. Thank you for a lovely dining experience :-) I will Definitely be back !"

"Had the miso garlic ramen and the spicy tan tan ramen and some sake and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Banff. We’re glad the Block Kitchen + Bar don’t have room for us so that we discovered this hidden gem inside the Clocktower Mall. The service was extremely friendly. The only thing I would change is the lighting is a bit too bright. Having warmer and dimmer lighting would change the atmosphere for the better."

"Our visit to Jugemu in Banff was easily the highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and our pets, making us feel truly welcome. We were so impressed by his patience and professionalism throughout our meal. As for the food—it was incredibly tasty and very filling. You can tell there is real heart put into every dish. If you are in Banff, you absolutely have to try this place. 1000% coming back next time we’re in town!"

"I had my best ramen here so far. It was so good. The service was really nice, too. We were there relatively late and were the only customers, but we were still warmly served. Would definitely go again when in Banff."
